Landscape- and tourism photography

Apart from studio photography, I am active in the photography of landscapes, and in reporting related to tourism. Every summer I report on one or more river cruises, generally for US agencies that organize cruises in Europe. I am a passionate photographer of landscapes, picturing both the natural landscape and the many forms of man-made landscape, including bridges, cities and industrial sites.

Nautical photography

In the course of approximately twenty years I have created an immense amount of pictures, both independent work and commissioned work. The majority of my commissions originate from companies related to inland shipping, such as shippers, government agencies and ship owners. Over the years I also acquired work from travel agencies etc.

Photo archive

My work has expanded into an archive containing over 30.000 pictures. Most all of them are related inland navigation. If you are searching for a picture of a particular subject, like your own ship, or a landmark, you can check with me whether I have it available. In that case please send an e-mail with specifics of the subject. I will reply indicating whether I have a picture, including (when available) a small example.
